Our Menu

Want a sneak peak of what we offer here at the restaurant? Take a look at our chilli infused menu. From your first bite to last, we’ll make sure you definitely feel the burn.

This is just our core menu of hottest dishes, so don’t worry. We also have daily specials and can cook some of the dishes milder if your pallet can’t handle all that heat.

  • Jalapeño poppers with Chilli Cheese Sauce
  • Chili Garlic Bread
  • Roasted Red Pepper Soup

  • Lucifer Steak – Steak cooked to your liking, with Scotch Bonnet side sauce and chilli fries.
  • FIREjitas – Sizzling chicken fajitas flash cooked in Sriracha sauce and served with handmade jalapeno wraps.
  • Twice Cooked Chilli- chilli that has been slowly stewing over two days. We make sure to add another pepper in to the pot every few hours just to freshen up the heat.
  • The Ribcage – succulent pork ribs served by either half or full rack. We make sure that the rub and BBQ sauce they’re smothered in have enough chilli flakes to make an almost crispy coating.

  • Lava Cake – fantastic molten chocolate cake with a subtle hint of heat on the inside.
  • Chilli Cheesecake – Cheesecake made New York Style, but with a smidgen of warmth throughout.
  • Cookie Dough & Brownie Ice Cream – We’re not monsters. Sometime you just need a dish that will sooth the taste buds and be as sweet as can be.

The Challenge

You all know about the Lucifer steak on our menu but have you heard about the Lucifer Challenge we've set up at the restaurant? A massive 45 oz steak that is hung for 28 days in a room fermenting with chipotle flakes, before being bathed in habanero oil and then being cooked as rare as we can get it and garnished with Scotch Bonnet shavings.

If you can eat that and a side of 16 Poppers and only 1 glass of water, you'll get on our wall of flame. So far we've had everyone from lollipop men and fireman to a few hopefuls from an estate agents in King's Lynn try their hand at conquering the challenge, but not one person has proved a worthy challenger yet. If you think you can beat the challenge, please get in contact and let us know.

Prepping the steak takes a week (not just to get the meat right, but to let your tongue get ready for a lashing of a lifetime)
